Delivery

   

 

All our prints are produced using only the very finest heavy weight giclee archive quality paper and will be delivered in heavy duty cardboard tubes. 
International shipping available - please make sure you check the correction option at checkout.

Delivery is via Royal Mail for prints and courier for framed art.

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we will aim to ship your order the same day. 

PRINTS 

Royal Mail Postage Time Guidelines

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £5.00 (3-5 working days for delivery - Mainland UK) (including full packaging)

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £8.50 (Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. Signed for service - Mainland UK)

Northern Ireland via Royal Mail - £7.95 (3-5 working days) 

Scottish Highlands - £15.50 (3-5 working days) 

Isle of Wight - £14.00 (3-5 working days) 

FYI

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday or allocated day. Any orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Special Delivery 

Royal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery by 1pm the next working day - exceptions apply to some addresses see a breakdown of those addresses here. 

RM 48 and RM 24 delivery times are not guaranteed, Royal Mail have advised us that this isn't a guaranteed service. We will always do everything in our power to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery. (Excluding Royal Mail Special Delivery)

You will be informed about any delays to your delivery via Text or Email from Royal Mail.  There are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail Strikes, Bank holiday and Christmas delays.

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the first working day after the Bank Holiday. Please allow extra days for delivery when ordering during this time.

Please do triple check that the shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, if we have an incomplete or wrong address, or if you are not in when it is due for delivery it is unlikely to arrive on time and that would be a real shame!
